6. Retailer and Driver Participation
- Retailers are responsible for product accuracy, stock status, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Drivers are responsible for lawful operations, valid licensing, and adherence to service standards.
- Kwik eMart may suspend or terminate participation for policy breaches, fraud, or repeated service failures.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brand elements, software, and content on the platform are owned by Kwik eMart or licensed rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability and Limitation
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime, maintenance, network disruptions, and force majeure events may affect operations. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.
