All Kwik eMart drivers must pass a background check conducted by our partner Sterling. This includes age verification, right-to-work check, and a basic criminal record disclosure. You will receive a link by email to complete this after your documents are approved. The check typically takes 2–5 business days. Drivers with unspent convictions for certain offences may not be eligible.
